Community Facilities and Retail

Chung Pak Local Development Corporation is a commercial mall that provides very much needed community facility spaces to the Chinatown neighborhood including a major comprehensive health clinic and a childcare center. In addition, the building houses about 15 retail stores ranging from restaurants and bakeries to cosmetic store and herbal shop, that offer many essential services to the working families from the area and greatly improve their quality of life.
